   When selecting a real estate agent to represent us, we looked for three key elements.  First and foremost, the agent had to be ethical, second competent and third aggressive.  You appeared to have all three attributes.  In the final analysis, you did for sure!!

   First, in most sales, there are items that are vague.  You always were very clear and explicit.  You and your team understand real estate very well, and at a detailed level.  And finally, you aggressively marketed our home with 2-3 open houses per week until our house was sold.  And it did sell through an open house.

   Coldwell Banker is a well respected firm with good support and documentation.  After we closed on the house, your Concierge Service  handled shutting off all of our utilities and would have done more if we needed the additional help.  What a joy not to worry about the little things.

   Thanks for everything you did to make this move a smooth transition.  We will gladly recommend you to anyone needing any real estate assistance.
